The lines began to blur and everything started to make sense again.
These words feel important. There have been so many lines drawn in our world. So many directives about what to do, what not to do, how to do it, whom to do it with.
Right/wrong, left/right, yes/no...no room for gray. No room for questioning. No room for different. This push to have it all figured out and have it figured out now. It's time to live more in the questions and to have less of the answers. It's time for things to be a bit more blurry so that we can open ourselves to spaciousness, to new, to growth, to greater compassion and love and peace. God doesn’t live in the black and white. She lives in the gray. She lives in the messy and the complicated and the confusing. She wants us to get messy together, to see each other in our differences and our complexities and love each other anyway. To do this, we have to let things get blurry, to not have it all figured out. To have more questions and fewer answers. To see one another through eyes of grace, through the eyes of God.
